At Tundra Dip, we want you to be completely satisfied with your manicure experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible beauty products.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return or exchange your Tundra Dip items.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the products are in their original packaging and securely sealed to prevent leaks during transit, as we cannot accept heavily used or damaged items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
